Oh No! Robot!
Tuesday, January 16th, 2007This site is now OhNoRobot! enabled.
This means all of my comics will be searchable. So if you’re looking at my site and think “Where in the heck is that one comic about choco-pies? Instead of digging through the archives, you’ll simply have to type “choco-pies” in the little search box in the sidebar, and the robot will do the rest!
But in order for it to work, I need help transcribing the comics! Here’s how it works: When you’re viewing a single comic, and that comic has yet to be transcribed, a little “transcribe this comic” button will appear under the “comics” section of the sidebar. Click that, type what the characters are saying, and voila! That comic is searchable! I’ll have to think of some kind of reward I can give to people who transcribe a bunch of comics for me!
Other recently added features include the random comic, which you’ll see in rotation in the sidebar, and the Adventure Hotline. Just call 1(626)593-RYAN, and no matter where I am in the world you can leave me messages, give me missions to solve, or if I happen to be at the computer and logged in, say howdy in person.

Cool! It’ll take me awhile to figure it all out though.
