This latest Custom Comic Book was made for a pharmaceutical company, who wanted something fun to hand out at their next big marketing meeting. They sent me a script starring their CEOs as superheroes, and this is what they got in return:

 This was a comic I did a while back for an anthology that I didn’t get into. The idea was to find a “Missed Connections” ad, and turn it into a comic. I found one on Craig’s List Tokyo, with pictures (which is sadly no longer there.) and turned it into a musical! 

This was one of the strangest custom comics I’ve had to do. The idea for this one wasn’t just a simple sentence, but a long list of characters, relationships, quirks, settings, in jokes, and specific events that I somehow had to fit into an over-arching plot.
